Before you message us
A few things that get you a faster answer:
- Payment questions: always send the JazzCash screenshot first. We cannot look up your order without it.
- Access issues: tell us your name as used at purchase and the date you paid.
- Prep questions: mention which subject and paper year you're stuck on — the more specific, the better the answer.
What we can't help with
We can't change HEC's rules — exam dates, roll number slips and result announcements come from the official ETC portal, not us. What we can do is tell you where to look and what to do next. For anything about LAT360 products, payments, access or study strategy, we're your people.
