How the 6-hour window works
The 6 hours are counted from the time of your payment — the moment your JazzCash transfer goes through — not from first login or first download. For example, if you pay at 10:00am, you can request a refund until 4:00pm the same day.
This window is short on purpose. Our course material — notes, lectures, books — is accessible immediately after activation. With digital products, there's no way to "return" what you've already seen. Six hours is enough time to log in, look around, and decide whether the course is what you expected. If it's not, we'll refund you, no hard feelings.
Why the books are non-refundable
The Essentials of LAT book (Rs 1,999) and the Crash Course booklet (Rs 1,499) are delivered as instant digital downloads right after payment confirmation. Once a PDF is on your phone, it can't be taken back — so we can't offer refunds on these products. Please only buy them when you're sure.

How to request a refund
- Message +92 326 1524846 on WhatsApp within 6 hours of payment.
- Send your payment proof (JazzCash screenshot) and write "refund".
- We confirm your request and approve it.
- The refund is processed back to your original payment source (your JazzCash account) within 3 working days of approval.
When refunds don't apply
- After the 6-hour window: requests made 6 hours and one minute after payment are not eligible. The cutoff is strict so it's fair for everyone.
- Access abuse: if you've shared your login with others, redistributed our material, or consumed the course extensively and then ask for a refund, the request will be denied. Abused accounts may be suspended without refund.
- Digital books: as above, the two books are non-refundable.
- Free products: there's nothing to refund — they're free.
Our promise
We'd rather lose a sale than keep money from a student who genuinely bought the wrong thing. If you're unsure which product fits you, message us before paying — we'll tell you honestly whether the Full Course, a book, or just the free material is right for your situation.
