What we collect
When you unlock practice mode, download the free guess paper, or buy a product, we may ask for:
- Name — to address you and identify your account.
- Email — for account recovery and important updates.
- WhatsApp number — for order confirmation, access delivery and support.
- City — to send relevant updates and understand our students.
- Age — to tailor prep guidance to your stage.
That's it. We never ask for your CNIC, bank account details, or passwords beyond the one you choose for your own account.
Why we collect it
Your data is used for exactly three things:
- Running your account — activating access, delivering books, recovering logins.
- Prep updates — exam date reminders, new paper uploads, study tips.
- Support — answering your questions faster when we know who you are.
WhatsApp messages
Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp — order confirmations, payment screenshots, support chats. These conversations stay between you and LAT360. We don't forward your chats, and payment screenshots are used only to verify your order.
What we never do
- No sale of data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone — not advertisers, not data brokers, not "partners".
- No third-party advertising use. Your details are never used for anyone else's marketing.
- No unnecessary collection. If a feature doesn't need a piece of data, we don't ask for it.
Cookies and local storage
We use standard browser cookies and localStorage for functional purposes: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and making the site work smoothly. We don't use tracking cookies that follow you across other websites.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just message +92 326 1524846 on WhatsApp with your request. We'll remove your personal details from our records — the only exception is basic payment records we may need to keep for legal and accounting purposes.
